Congratulations Elizabeth Snook, Winner of the 2009 Maisano Scholarship

Congratulations to Ms. Elizabeth Snook for winning the 2009 Vincent and Patricia Maisano Scholarship!  Ms. Snook is a freshman entering Kutztown University, and her grandmother, Elizabeth DeLong, is a retired member from Local 13000.
