SEPTEMBER IS NATIONAL OVARIAN CANCER AWARENESS MONTH
Until there is cure for the disease, the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance leads the national initiative to conquer ovarian cancer by uniting individuals and organizations to advance cancer research in the quest for early detection tests, improved health care practices, and development of live-saving treatment protocols.

Charlene's Angels Team was organized in 2005 when my sister Charlene
Bartol was diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer. At the age of 49, Charlene lost
her battle with ovarian cancer on June 16, 2007.
Our Team was even more determined than ever to help with public
awareness. We have received many awards since that time:
