District 13 of the Communications Workers of America covers the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware.
We are a very diversified District representing workers in telecommunications, cable, printing and publishing, news reporting, camera technicians, manufacturing, airlines, restaurant workers, public workers, Red Cross personnel, and workers in a number of other fields.
Locals within District 13 vary in size. District 13 welcomes all those who visit our website to contact one of the District offices listed if you have any questions.
